My approach to weight loss is centered around behavior change that will get you the long-term results you’re looking for. The techniques I use are primarily based on mindfulness meditation, a science-based way to lose weight without a diet or exercise plan. In a recent study from McGill University, meditation was found to be more effective for long-term weight loss than diet and exercise programs.
Meditation helps you lose weight by changing your behavior around food. It teaches your brain to turn off cravings, stop reaching for food out of stress or boredom, and make healthier choices for your body. With just 10-20 minutes a day of specific meditation practices, you will lose weight automatically without having to give up your lifestyle or your favorite foods.
If you’re new to meditation, no problem! The techniques I teach are simple and can be put into practice right away, even if you’re a beginner. In addition to weight loss, meditation has also been proven to reduce stress, improve sleep, increase focus, eliminate pain, and so much more!
But meditation alone won’t help you lose weight. The meditation techniques you use need to be specifically designed for weight loss. This is my specialty! I’ll teach you meditation practices that are targeted to your specific circumstances, so you can lose weight quickly and easily. These meditations will be individualized to you and can’t be found anywhere else.
How I Can Help You
The weight loss plan we’ll create together will be totally customized to you. We’ll explore your personal blocks that have kept you from losing weight and keeping it off in the past. I’ll teach you science-based meditation techniques that are geared toward your specific concerns, so that you can finally lose the weight for good! For example, if you struggle with cravings for fried food, I can create a guided meditation to help eliminate those cravings.
This is a completely unique approach to weight loss that really delivers results! If you’ve tried lots of different diet or exercise plans in the past and nothing has worked, it’s time for a new strategy. Let me help you create the body of your dreams the fast and easy way!
In addition to being a weight loss coach, I am also a certified group fitness instructor. Although exercise is not required to lose weight using my unique approach, if you are interested in workouts tips to suit your specific needs, I can provide that as well. I can even teach you strategies for incorporating more movement into your day (without working out) and ways to burn more calories throughout the day.
I can also provide you with general guidelines for healthy eating. This is also completely optional and not required, but some clients find it helpful. I will share tips for portion control, easy food strategies you can use to lose even more weight, and more!

Whether you want to just use meditation techniques or combine them with exercise or healthy eating approaches is completely up to you! The best thing about working with a weight loss coach is that you get a program completely tailored to you, so you’re sure to get results!
Here’s what is included in each coaching call:
A 60 minute call with me where we will discuss your weight loss goals and create a plan together to achieve them quickly and easily. I will teach you the best meditation techniques to help you with your specific issues (i.e. cravings, emotional eating, portion control, etc.) We can also discuss strategies for exercise and healthy eating, if you’re interested in that as well.
A written summary of the call emailed to you up to 24 hours afterwards. This summary will lay out all the key points and techniques discussed in the call, so you can review them at any time. It will also include audio recordings of any guided meditations discussed in the call, so you can practice them whenever you want.
An actionable weight loss plan emailed to you up to 24 hours after the call. This will be your personal easy-to-follow weight loss plan using the techniques and strategies discussed in the call.
Unlimited email support where you can access me by email any time with a guaranteed 48-hour response time. I can answer questions, provide additional support, celebrate your wins with you, or provide the extra motivation you need. This is one of the best parts about having a weight loss coach– I will be there for you anytime you need me! The length of time you’ll have access to email support depends on the number of calls you schedule (see FAQs for details).

How are coaching sessions conducted?
Each coaching call is 60 minutes long. During our calls, we will:
- Discuss your goals
- Design a plan together to reach those goals through daily meditation practice (plus optional movement or healthy eating guidelines)
- Learn any relevant meditation techniques to target your specific issues (i.e. cravings, emotional eating, portion control, etc.)
I will also provide you with the support and motivation you need to succeed. We will work together as a team to help you crush your weight loss goals!
How many coaching calls do you recommend?
I recommend at least 6 coaching calls spaced 1-2 weeks apart for optimal results. This is because consistency is the best way to reach your goals. You can schedule less or more calls depending on your individual needs. During your free discovery call, I can help you assess how many calls will be needed to reach your personal goals.
How long is each coaching call?
Coaching calls are 60 minutes long.
What does email support include?
Email support includes unlimited access to me via email with a guaranteed 48-hour response time. The length of time you receive email support depends on the number of calls you purchase (see next question for more details).
